I'm working on my dissertation and am focusing on women returning to their careers after having children, I have already posted 1 questionnaire on mothers returning back to work and had wonderful results so thank you everyone!

Iv attached a new questionnaire for employers regarding maternity leave, only 5 questions to answer and no need to state your name or company so your privacy is not breached.
