Damp Problems - Help!

Hi - I've got some dampness coming in under an upstairs window on two walls.... I'd like to maybe get someone to come have a look as I'm not sure what has caused it exactly. I've fixed a drip from the gutter - but it hasn't dried out completely... If anyone can recommend someone that would be helpful. Thanks!
