Yoga on a Friday!

I just dropped in at this Hatha style yoga class this morning at The Patch. Fantastic lesson, attentive and knowledgeable teacher. I feel amazing after the class and will definitely be there next week!

I have to agree. Yoga sessions on Friday mornings at The Patch with Victoria are really great. You get lots of personal attention and it really has helped to sort out my stiff back and hip. Sue
