Communal cleaning

Hi just thought I'd throw this out there and see what people's opinions are. I'm thinking about setting up my own cleaning company which would include private buildings and communal areas. As a local cleaner myself I do find that so many people are very unhappy with the services their current company provides as in their timekeeping/reliability/communication and also poor quality of work. Lots of people are paying a very high charge for communal cleaning and are very dissatisfied, would love to know your views! Thanks Amanda
