The Dulwich Literary Festival is This Weekend!

Recommended Posts

2016's Dulwich Literary Festival will be held this weekend, the 11th-13th of November, at Dulwich College.

We are delighted to be hosting a range of political, literary, and science events for adults and kids. Here are just a few. The festival will be bookended with politicial discussions between Harriet Harman and Margaret Hodge as well as Ken Clarke and Nick Clegg. Joanna Trollope will talk about her reworking of 'Sense and Sensibility' and and Joe Dunthorne will talk about his coming of age novel and recent film, 'Submarine.' Journalists Ian Cobain and Tim Marshall will debate the crucial relationship between corporations and the state's use of our personal information - to name just a few.

There are events for children of all ages, with an interactive class at Hogwarts, a writing workshop with Katherine Woodfine, and a storytelling journey across the desert with Sir Charlie Stinkysocks!

Come and listen to stories, discussions, and poetry to take your mind off or change your perspective on the world's troubles. Tickets can be purchased at http://dulwichliteraryfestival.co.uk.
