Yoga tonight at Space@61 Nunhead, all levels welcome!

Join me for a new weekly donations based yoga class at the lovely Space@61, 61 Cheltenham Road, SE15 3AF, every Thursday, 7pm - 8pm. The suggested donation is ?10, but really, pay what you feel, or what you can afford,there will be a box in class on the day to pop your money in.

The class is Vinyasa Flow, but open to all levels, so whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for a while, it would be lovely to have you there, come as you are! Places are limited, so please do let me know if you'd like to come along by sending me a text, 07776093719. Please bring your own mat if you have one, though I will have a few spare.

  Aria did an excellent job fixing my leaky loo and I can highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and honest. He could have charged me a lot more, but didn't. He also talked me through everything. He came round at short notice and showed me how to turn off the water flow to the toilet so I didn't waste any more water before he could fit the new parts. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

  ....on the roads they live on... I must be missing the posts where they are talking about displacement on East Dulwich Grove, Lordship Lane etc.... The fact their twitter page carries a disclaimer that they are: "not funded by Southwark Council" speaks volumes...

  M. you keep saying the same thing. Yes, they want fewer cars on their roads unfortunately, that results in more traffic on our roads. It’s very simple.
