Relieve pain and stiffness and move with greater ease and flexibility through Feldenkrais. My partner recently ran Feldenkrais classes in West Dulwich which went very well but were a bit off the beaten track for East Dulwich so she is doing a special one-off at Oru Space, 20 Lordship Lane, on September 23, from 2pm - 4pm, with the aim of doing more locally in the future. Join for this special one-off class, no experience necessary. Email [email protected] for further info or see picture attached.
