Aerial isn't easy. But the challenge is part of what makes it so fun! We're all about making it as accessible as we can. So this workshop is for people who want a slower paced aerial class and might need some more assistance. We will rig the equipment at a lower height and provide as much support as we can to get you making some shapes in the air, most likely on slings and hoop, but we're flexible on this one too. The workshop is two hours long so everyone can have a go with plenty of time for breaks!
We welcome wheelchair users, disabled people, visually impaired adults as well as deaf adults. If you don't live unassisted, you may need to bring a carer to class.
We would like you to introduce yourselves before booking so we know what to plan. So if you'd like more information or to find out if this class is for you, please drop [email protected] a line and we'll do our best to help.

We welcome everybody to our Singarounds to sing or to listen. Songs can be accompanied or unaccompanied solo or duo or more, any genre. It isn't an open mic evening - we don't use mics and we don't use the stage First to sign up first to sing, just sign up at any time during the evening at the list on the ticket table. Everybody gets one song and if there's time we start again. Doors open at 7pm, singing starts 7.15 prompt. £5 on the door cash or BACs only.
