Our Christmas Sale acts as a showcase for between 80-100 up and coming artists and designers working with ceramics and takes place across our Bellenden Road and Copeland Park studios. It’s a great opportunity to see a range of handmade work, meet the makers and see the studios where the work itself was made. All work on display is for sale and in buying work you’re helping support the maker’s ongoing practice. Check out a few of our makers on our Members page or on Instagram.
Free entry / Mulled wine / family & dog friendly!
Open 5-9pm on Friday 29th Nov and 11am-5pm Saturday 30th and Sunday 1st December.

Bread and Bus Stop present Puccini's la Bohème

    Friday 29th and Saturday 30th November 2024, 7pm
    Sunday 1st December 2024, 2pm
    Safehouse 1 Peckham, 139 Copeland Street, London, SE15 3SN

Join us this winter for a semi-immersive opera experiment, as we swap the snowy streets of Paris for a Peckham Pub.
Our adapted, chamber production of Puccini’s beloved La Bohème will take place in a derelict house in South London. The enduring story of friendship and love will be brought to life around the audience by candle light.
It will be festive and beautiful. Don't miss it.

    Tickets on sale here: https://www.breadandbusstop.co.uk/la-bohème

Niamh is one of Irelands very finest singers and Dulwich are delighted to welcome her back together with her longtime partner the great guitarist Graham Dunne .
Niamh is renowned not only as a brilliant interpreter of traditional songs but also for the way she can transform modern material.  The great Archie Fisher described her as a singer “who only comes along once or twice in a generation”. Niamh has released nine albums over the course of her career, all of them infused with tenderness, conviction and beauty. Niamh is also President of the Irish Musicians Union.
She has been performing with Graham on guitar since 1999. Their relationship has been described as a “fathomlessly deep musical and yes, spiritual bond…which draws out the essence of the songs.” When not accompanying Niamh Graham is usually seen playing jazz guitar (and even Flamenco!).
Niamh and Graham don’t make it to England too often, so make sure you don’t miss them.
You can check out Niamh’s singing at niamhparsons.com

    Entrance tonight is £13.
