We’re excited to launch our brand new Postnatal Mat Pilates class, Mums + Minis, every Friday at Casa Core starting on 17th Oct @1:30pm.
This gentle, supportive class is designed to:
✨ Rebuild core strength
✨ Ease back into movement
✨ Connect with other new local mums
Babies are welcome up to crawling age, we can’t wait to meet you and your little ones!
