We’re five small business owners who all believe that when women come together to take care of themselves, amazing things happen. The evening will be about community, collaboration, and helping you discover what your version of wellbeing looks like, whether that’s feeling stronger, eating better, gaining clarity, finding balance, or planning something inspiring to look forward to.
Meet a Nutritionist, Homeopath, Personal Trainer, Mindset Designer, and Independent Travel Advisor, each showcasing their unique offerings and sharing insights to help you live healthier, feel more balanced, and recharge your soul.
Throughout the evening, enjoy a free mini mindset workshop, get your questions answered in an expert panel Q&A, explore new approaches to fitness, nutrition, holistic health, mindset, and travel, and take home exclusive giveaways and goodie bags.
This free, event is a relaxed and welcoming space to connect, learn, and be inspired by local women making a difference in the world of wellness.
