Our Sales act as a showcase for between 80-100 up and coming artists and designers working with ceramics and takes place across our Bellenden Road and Copeland Park studios. It’s a great opportunity to see a range of handmade work, meet the makers and see the studios where the work itself was made. All work on display is for sale and in buying work you’re helping support the maker’s ongoing practice. Check out a few of our makers on our Members page or on Instagram.
5% of all sales will go to FiredUp4, helping to bring ceramics facilities and education to young people who need it most. So not only will you be supporting local makers, you’ll also be helping introduce clay to young people who might not have otherwise had the chance.
Join us on Friday 28 November for an open evening! The sale then continues all weekend – Free entry / £2.50 drinks / mulled wine / family & dog friendly!

He has been hailed as "a tradition in himself". Musician, singer and songwriter, Andy has maintained his highly individual performing skills throughout his over 55-year career. He has been at the helm of legendary bands like Sweeney’s Men in the mid 60s, to the enormous success of Planxty in the 70s, and then Patrick Street, Mozaik, LAPD and more recently Usher’s Island. Andy has been a world music pioneer and an icon for traditional music and musicians. As a soloist, Andy fills the role of the archetypal troubadour with a show and a travelling lifestyle that reflect his lifelong influence, Woody Guthrie. To quote the Irish Times, "Often copied, never equaled", his repertoire consists of Irish traditional songs, dexterous Balkan dance tunes and a compelling canon of his own self-penned songs.
