Our week long mixed aerial intensive can change your aerial game for good!
There will be a range of aerial classes throughout the week, after initial sessions in disciplines in Silks, Rope, Hoop and Trapeze, you will be given the opportunity to specialise in your chosen discipline. Also, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at a range of other disciplines such as Straps, Slings, Spanish Web and Aerial Yoga.
Through a programme of conditioning and flexibility sessions we will also create a bespoke training programme for every participant to ensure that you can continue working towards your goals after the week is over. Over the course of the week we will work towards creating an act - in time for a performance on the last day.
Every participant will receive training sheets and notes from the week, a personalised training programme – as well as a guaranteed surge of endorphins from the end of course performance! There are 15 minute breaks in both morning and afternoon sessions, as well as a lunch break (times and duration vary from day to day).
The course is open to anyone with a good basic understanding of Aerial. The ability to invert in mid-air is a prerequisite. If you’re not sure - drop us a line and we’ll do what we can to help guide you as best as we can.
