Steve is acknowledged as one of our very best concertina players and is a terrific singer. Steve has been around for a long time but he is and has always been a great live performer ( Nancy Kerr is quoted as saying he did the best gig she's ever seen). Expect a mix of traditional songs including some unusual versions and some more modern ones.
Steve dropped out of performing in the 90s and returned in 2004. He has made nine albums all of which are highly praised, ("every album Turner makes is magnificent" Nygel Packett).
