What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
It’s a breathing technique that uses a continuous, intentional breath pattern to shift how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. This practice can help access and release tension or stored emotion held in the body. It also supports a shift in brainwave activity into slower states (like alpha and theta) which are linked to deep rest, emotional integration and new insight into yourself.
