This workshop offers a safe, welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reflect on your journey so far. Together we’ll explore “Circles of Support” - what’s felt nourishing, what’s been challenging, and what you’d love more of as you grow into this new chapter.
You can expect: 🌿 Gentle movement + breathwork to ease tension and support recovery ☕ Honest conversation in a calm, non-judgemental space 💬 Reflection on who’s supporting you - and what you need more (or less) of 🤱 Time to connect with other mamas (and babies welcome!) 🫖 A warm cuppa and something sweet
