Free Feldenkrais Taster Lesson

This one hour lesson will take you through a simple and accessible lesson to experience how a Feldenkrais lesson works. 

I talk the class through a series of gentle movements, helping you to notice your habits and explore possibilities for moving with greater ease and comfort. 

The mindful quality of the method make classes deeply relaxing and many leave feeling more connected, grounded and with improved posture and mobility. 

Suitable for all, Feldenkrais can help: 

  • Increase flexibility
  • Change old patterns of muscular tension
  • Improve co-ordination and balance
  • Reduce pain and discomfort
  • Improve posture
  • Breathe better 

Weekly classes at Push Studios Tuesdays 6.45 - 7.45pm, starting Tuesday 13th January.
