Herne Hill Velodrome is open to all for the annual Big Velofete and we're looking forward to welcoming the local community to the Velodrome to take part in cycling activities, hear some amazing talks and watch some great racing.

We've got a fun riding sessions for kids and balance bikers as part of our Little Velofete, and track tasters for all the family, and a chance to explore the woods by bike on our off-road trails. Entry is free to spectators, with bike sessions and activities bookable here throughout the weekend (bike hire included in all sessions), food and drink available throughout from our cafe and visiting food stalls! Join us for a great weekend of events at the track!
Racing on Saturday 24 June
10am - 1.30pm - Herne Hill Velodrome Youth Cycling Club Kids and Parents Off-Road Racing
2.30pm - 5.30pm - A thrilling Mixed Madison event where racers take it in turns in this fast-paced format, plus next generation talent with U12s racing on track
6.30pm - 9pm - The legendary HHV Vets League - women over 30 and men over 40 battle it out in some classic bunch racing
