Looking for long let 1/2 bed flat from 1st July

Hello, My boyfriend and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat to rent in East Dulwich from the end of June/early July. Ideally we are looking for somewhere with some outdoor space and within 10 minutes walking distance of either East Dulwich or Peckham Rye station. We were in our last few houses for 3 and a half years and can provide good references. Max budget is ?1400 though we could be slightly flexible on this! Please let us know if you have/know of anything that's available. Alice

  Downloaded the app from TJ request, it was a faff to set up and I had to contact the surgery to get my personal passcodes x3! On trying to get my results from a scan, the response was 404 page not found! Ditto with trying to book an appointment, says on the answerphone you can't book by phone, but you can't via the app either. I despair..
