We are buying a house that needs lots of work and we need a temporary rent.

Are you still looking for somewhere to rent? If so, we may be able help you out for the timings you need.

We have had a sale fall through so are looking for tenants for our 2 bed flat in East Croydon. I appreciate it?s not the area you suggested but there are really good transport links. It?s a lovely flat, 2 spacious bedrooms plus a driveway if you need a parking space. Just 2 minutes to the tram and 10 mins walk to the station.

We would be open to doing a deal in return for allowing occasional viewings as we are trying to sell (you wouldn?t need to do viewings, the estate agent would)
