We are a sociable, friendly and tidy couple looking for a room or 1 bed/studio flat in south east. Moving out of our east dulwich place at the beginning of July and are happy to fill a short term or longer term space. Happy to look after your place while you?re away or if you?re selling and need some flexible tenants. I work in rare books in central London and have an art studio in Peckham and Will works in tv production in central.

Our budget is ?950 per month including bills.
