House wanted to rent from October

I'm looking for a 3/4 bedroom house for my 8 year old children and I from late September, ideally close to Dulwich Village or surrounds, but equally happy to look in East Dulwich, North Dulwich and Bellenden area. I have sold my house in Herne Hill and will be looking to buy next spring/summer. I have been a home owner for many years and have also rented out my home, so understand how important it is for it to be cared for.   Well if you did get anywhere please let me know... we have speed cushions outside our property in Honor Oak Road, my house has been being shaken along with the accompanying noise since 2008.. the council just keeps telling me it not the speed cushions and we are too far away from them.
