I'm looking for a lodger in a warm and cosy family home. A lovely spacious room to rent in the heart of friendly East Dulwich on Pellatt Road. The house is situated near The Great Exhibition, and all the local amenities of East Dulwich.

The room is on the ground floor, and comes unfurnished or part furnished as required. With amble shelf storage, great Wi-Fi and lots of light. The house has a small garden. The bathroom and eat in kitchen are shared. All modern cons including dishwasher, washing machine, and bathroom with underfloor heating. House finished to a high decorative standard.

Individual must be a female working professional. Rent is ?750.00/month all inclusive, and 1 month's deposit and references required. Room is available from approximately 1st December and viewings are starting asap.
