Hello, Our ground floor, 1 bedroom, garden flat will be available for at least 3 months starting beginning February 2020 (until beginning/mid May 2020) but may also be available slightly earlier/later if required too so please let me know the dates you require.

- 8-10 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station, great connections all over the city with regular trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, St Pancras (Thameslink train) and London Overground to Shoreditch and Clapham Junction.
- 1 double bedroom, separate kitchen to living room.
- Private Garden
- Potentially x1 off road parking space, please enquire if you need this.
- Part of a Victorian property, only two flats including this one.
- Suitable for professional couple, non-smokers please. References will be required.
- Furnished, 1,500/month including gas, electric, council tax, water, internet and tv licence.

Although only one bedroom, we do have a comfortable sofa bed which would double up as a second bedroom if needed short term.
