Posted by asagao May 19, 05:53AM

Thank you for your interest. This flat has been rented.

We are looking to let our ground floor flat in a Victorian house near goose green and the Gardens in SE22. The flat comes with one large bedroom with a built-in closet. The second bedroom is smaller but can fit a double bed. The bathroom is renovated recently. There is a plenty of storage space including a basement. It comes with an attractive private garden.
It is suitable for a professional couple.
No pet, no smokers please.
Long-term let, 1650pcm.
Available from 1st July 2020.

Please PM me if you are interested. I can send you a video.

Thank you very much,
Sally

Hi!
Milena and Peter here.
We are looking to rent 2-3 bedroom house, the garden is of great importance. 🏡
Our landlord took the decision to return to live in his family house on Choumert road /the one we are renting/, so we need to move out from the property latest -end of July. We are so stressed out because of the whole situation. We are a family of four, life all set in the neighbourhood, schools, friends, work, plans...We are loving the area, enjoying the spirit of it , the nature, the people.
Please send me more photos of the house and details about where located.
Very best
Milena and Petar
