Cake

I've just baked an enormous cake for a birthday party tomorrow but it has sunk in the middle so I am starting again. It seems crazy to throw it away. Would anyone like it for themselves or know a local refuge or food bank that might take it. It's good cake. Just not risen enough because i opened the oven door too soon.

you could cover it in cream / icing/ sparkles or just cut the middle bit out and fill it with strawberries....
