Care person needed to look after and elderly lady 3 times a week with some flexibly around these times, maybe some evenings or on the odd occasion overnight.
Help give her breakfast, make the bed, meds, a bit of ironing, take her for a walk and maybe to the odd doctors appointment, so will need someone that can drive.
Italian speaking would be beneficial,
