We are looking for a Fashion Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy, online presence, and sales growth for both Lowie and Miss PomPom—two brands that blend playful design, bold colours, and a commitment to sustainability.

    About Lowie & Miss Pompom

    Lowie is a contemporary, sustainable fashion brand with a strong focus on craftsmanship, ethical production, and colour-led style. Every piece is made with care and integrity, embracing responsible fashion without compromising on design.

    Miss Pompom is a bold and playful knit accessories and cotton separates brand, known for its signature vibrant colours, geometric patterns, and contemporary aesthetics. It’s fashion with a sense of fun, joy, and individuality.

    We’re looking for someone who understands and loves both brands, bringing their unique handwriting to life online while driving sales and growth.

    Your Role:

    Marketing Strategy & Planning:

    • Design and implement a strategic marketing plan to grow both brands
    • Align marketing efforts with business objectives, seasonal collections, and cultural trends
    • Develop and execute high-impact campaigns that combine organic, paid and influencer-driven content
    • Develop a report for sales activity through marketing actions 
       

    Social Media & Brand Storytelling:

    • Manage and grow Instagram, create paid and organic content, for both brands
    • Stay ahead of cultural trends & high-impact campaigns
    • Write engaging, on-brand copy for different platforms
    • Use Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create marketing visuals when needed
    • Have a strong visual eye and a deep understanding of both brands' handwriting to ensure brand consistency

    E-Commerce & Website Optimisation:

    • Manage product uploads (Shopify), website merchandising & UX for both brands
    • Implement SEO & CRM strategies for growth-driven performance
    • Ensure a seamless, high-end digital shopping experience
    • Analyse Google Analytics to optimise performance and track key metrics
    • Understanding of AI tools and willing to learn and use suitable platforms to enhance workflows and marketing efforts
       

    Sales & Business Growth:

    • Drive online revenue through data-driven decision-making
    • Identify and implement promotional opportunities to maximise sales
    • Own online trading strategy to increase conversions & AOV
    • Coordinate product launches & retail events

    • Have a strong visual eye and a deep understanding of both brands’ handwriting

    • Carry a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, always looking for solutions and opportunities
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
    • Multi-skilled and adaptable, able to juggle various aspects of e-commerce, marketing, and content creation
    • Responsible, accountable, and authentic—you take ownership of your work and drive results
    • Bring a sense of fun and energy to our colourful, playful brands 
    • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for brand tone and storytelling
    • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for marketing visuals
    • Ability to brief graphic designers effectively when needed
    • Confident using Google Analytics to track website and campaign performance
    • Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) is a bonus
    •  Understanding of AI to improve efficiency and marketing strategies
