    Can you be our brand cheerleader? We are seeking someone outgoing and creative who loves to engage with others to grow our community of customers! 

    At KiDSiE, we are a fast-growing tech-for-good consumer start-up for families to shop open box and preloved baby and children’s goods on our app-based platform, ultimately extending the life of items and reducing the need for newly manufactured items. A side project that initially started at my kitchen table in SE22 is now a team of 6, we secured some funding, we have a community of 6k + and growing. We are now seeking a new team member to help us foster and grow our community. This role is part-time, remote and we can offer flexibility for the role to fit around kid schedules. 

    Key Responsibilities:
    •    Devise and implement strategies to build and expand the KiDSiE community
    •    Interact with community members across various online platforms, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
    •    Monitor, track, and report on feedback and reviews, utilising insights to enhance customer experience.
    •    Coordinate with marketing and founders to ensure community strategies align with brand objectives and campaigns.
    •    Collaborate with our Chief Product Officer to integrate customer feedback into future updates and releases.
    •    Collaborate with our marketing manager to plan content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to keep the community informed and engaged.
    •    Analyse community and customer experience metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:
    •    Highly experienced in community building - whether it is e-commerce, charity fundraising, school PTA
    •    Great communication skills
    •    Ability to empathise with and understand the needs of families 
    •    Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives.
    •    Proficient in using the major social media platforms 
    •    OBSESSED with delivering a positive experience to a community
    •    Ability to contribute to the smooth running of a small but growing start-up
