  5. Hi everyone! I'm starting a new pregnancy yoga class at Zen Yoga in Camberwell on Wednesdays at 12:30 - 13:30 STARTING 18th January. Pregnancy can be a really joyful time but also really overwhelming. Yoga can help to support mothers-to-be, both emotionally and physically. These classes will give you faith and awareness in your body, practical tools to respond positively to all the challenges of pregnancy, birthing and motherhood. We will work on keeping your body supple without straining, boosting your energy, relieving stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation and restful sleep, learning how to use breathing to relieve pain in labour and childbirth, relieve common minor pregnancy ailments such as heartburn, swollen joints and constipation and help you to bond with your unborn baby through breathing and visualisation techniques. ALSO I always end with a Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation practice for you and your babies. These classes are open to women from 12 weeks of pregnancy until full term and beyond. Classes are ?10, no need to book (although you can and it works out even cheaper!) This class will also include lots of little information bites, handouts if you desire and some yummy snacks. Plus it will be a great way to meet other mums-to-be. Hope to see you there! Lucy www.lucyleonardyoga.com
