I would definitively recommend Terry Botting . He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner I could understand. He was honest about what the problem was and did not try to take advantage and do work for no reason. He even sent a follow up written message so I would be able to explain things to the appropriate people. Glad I don't have a roof problem but if I did, I would certainly give him a call.
