Our Recreational Programme designed for everyone, who is just starting out in the sport, as well as those with some experience in gymnastics. Recreational classes are designed to improve hand-eye coordination, body control, spatial awareness, memory, and concentration. It will also teach elements of the beginning of rhythmic gymnastics such as flexibility, basic acrobatics, and apparatus handling.

Rhythmic gymnastics - we have a few spaces available in our Recreational groups (learning basic elements in Rhyhmic gymnastics, apparatus skills with hoop, ball, skipping rope, ribbon, clubs, some dance and acrobatic elements) : For 10-12 year old girls on Mondays, 6-8pm, at the Charter School ED. (During school exams: 5-7pm, at Harris Girls) For 7-8 year old girls on Wednesdays, 5-7pm, at the Charter School ED. (During school exams: at Newlands Academy) For 9-10 year old girls on Fridays, 5-7pm, at the Charter School ED. We are happy to accept new members for our Rhythmic Gymnastics classes that are running in three locations - The Charter School East Dulwich, Harris Girls Academy East Dulwich and in Forest Hill school. We have spaces for girls in these age groups: 4-5-6 y.o., 6-8 y.o., 9-11 y.o. Also we have advanced groups who are practising 3+ days per week. Start date is 5th September 2022. Our best gymnasts are taking part in the Regional and National Competitions. www.gymnasticselegance.co.uk
