  2. We need units fitting to 2 velux windows on a side extension. One is easy to get t from inside other will need tall step ladders. We have the units already: 2 x Solar anti-heat blinds 2 x VELUX KSX 100K New Generation Conversion Kit Upgrade to Solar INTEGRA Located in SW2 2DS
  3. Need someone to remove and replace a solar panel. Will need to be registered with RECC although will also consider HIES affiliates. A panel was broken last week by builder re-fixing it back on to roof (see story below if you want!) We now need to replace it. Scaffolding already up. The panels we have are no longer made grrr. It was a SolarWorld 275 w Panel Monocrystalline Solar panels measuring 167.50 x 100.10 We had panels fitted by a local East Dulwich company on 2016. Problems 2 years ago as no readings. The solar panel fitter who came took out panels and looks like did not fix panels back down. Consequently partly blew off in Feb 22. (Problem turned out to be just reading metre set incorrectly) New guy came last week to re-fix. And yup broke one. He's not returned our calls. Wonder why. More about him on another post. If any one has a company recommendation please get in touch. Thnx Judith

  7. Hi there, I'm a professional cycle instructor and British Cycling coach. The main things when cycling in traffic are: Communication - eye contact looking behind signalling Observation - looking ahead looking behind where are other other rosd users Priority - who has it? Positioning. And yes to do have to relearn some new habits like covering brakes. I have seen many children out cycling with adults which is great. However we would always recomemEnd you have them in front of you. You should all ride out of the door zone. You can signal better, look behind and of course always be able to see them. Yes i do know a mother who lost her son once as he was not looking where she was when she turn left. I'm doing private lessons - enhance your riding in traffic for individuals and families(Boroughs not sorted out delivery yet and funding issues!)And accompanied rides to work etc I've been cycle tutoring a good while locally (coached at Herne Hill velodrome helped set up the popular HHYCC)) And all over London. And indeed South East So do get in touch if interested. Fully DBS and accredited. Also bike check as art of lesson. Take care.Stay Safe Judith Bonner

So please feel free to email me. I'm taking booking sand have full Risk Assessment in place.Fully DBS checked. Judith Bonner [email protected]
  10. In our household we are still in lock down. Remember over 50% of people with COVID19 are asymptomatic. And judging by a recent shopping trip people are not very careful with others. Spare a thought for postal workers who have been delivering huge amounts of post for 12 weeks - and some really none essential stuff. They are classified as essential workers. No pay increase or additional staff. So basically risking their lives to get post out. Still all going into sorting office at same time in morning with little room for SD. And no extra staff even to clean. Some sorting offices closed for several days due to incidence of COVID. So bear with them. Our postie says its been like Xmas size volumes of post twice over for 3 months now. Not many jobs where whatever the weather you have to walk for over 3 hours no break.
