Do come and celebrate the festive season with Christmas music - Friday 16th December at St Saviour's Church SE23 at 7.30pm. We will be joined by soprano soloist Harriet Cameron, organist Maxwell Spiers and Forest Hill Brownies. There will be plenty of opportunity for audience participation in carols. This very handsome beast has been visiting Hillcourt Road regularly and inviting him/herself in for meals. Usually it's my cats' food, but on occasion it's our food - in the summer it was a cooked chicken casserole for four, a packet of uncooked vegetarian sausages and the odd loaf of bread. Today he helped himself to an entire unopened pack of organic smoked bacon and half a loaf of sourdough. (I had the door open for ventilation as I was painting the kitchen). Obviously, I shouldn't leave food out anymore and must keep the back door closed. But am also concerned that a whole packet of bacon might not be good for kitty. I doubt there's much we can do but thought I should let the owners know about his 'extra snacks'. -

Hi Farah, This is Amelia. I am 16 and live in SE22. I regularly look after a neighbour's cat, have 2 elderly cats at home and recently did cat sitting in response to an advert here on the forum. I can provide references. I would be very happy to look after your cat(s) twice a day and an available 2nd to 5 th June. Amelia
