Hi everyone, I wanted to share an exciting new opportunity for parents and caregivers of children aged 2-11 years living in Southwark, Lambeth, Croydon or Lewisham. Empowering Parents Empowering Communities are running a new research project that aims to work out how best to support parents & caregivers who: ? feel lonely and isolated ? get overwhelmed by emotions easily ? struggle to switch off ? frequently lose their temper ? struggle to trust Parenting groups will be run in person at Rye oak Childrens centre and online. The next round of groups will start w/c 17th January. Early sign up is encouraged as the groups will fill up fast.
