I would say that about one in four of our recent trips to Sainsburys Dog Kennel Hill have included a visit to customer services to get a refund for an item which, when self scanned has a higher cost than the shelf label price. I always take a photo of the shelf label. Never yet scanned an item that comes up with a lower cost than the label. I am sure that the shop must be breaking the law but I haven't tried to check or take the matter further as yet.

Walked past yesterday and it has new signage as Lala Cafe. Work ongoing inside.

Royal Mail website shows the Highshore Road office only open 8 to 10 most days. Is that right? I don't want to make a wasted journey.

Aria helped us out this week. He replaced ballcocks in our loft tanks. These had caused a leak whilst we were away on holiday. He also installed a new radiator. Responsive to our requirements. Communication was really good, costs reasonable. Nice guy. Very happy to recommend.

Aria sorted out our jammed stopcock at very short notice last week. Great service and value. Will use him next time we need help! Recommended.
