Hello, I just moved onto East Dulwich Road above (what was) Evans Cycles. It's now gone as of last week and the shop is empty. Does anyone know what is going in there? I've also just seen that hoarding is going up around flats next door and Southwark's planning site shows there are new flats being built. Looks like it will be a noisy 12 months for me! Assume the Evans move may be related to this...
