I am seeking a lovely PA who can help me out. I’m a 52-year-old female academic living with an ever-interesting selection of dynamic and life-limiting chronic illnesses, and I share a flat with a cat who, although cute, is of little to no practical help. So, I’m seeking a physically able PA with opposable thumbs to make life easier (for me, not for the cat, the cat’s already got it made!)
I’d be looking for someone who can give me two hours a week to help me mainly with showering and food prep, along with some ad-hoc light housework, help with getting to and from occasional hospital appointments, or some general life-admin support as necessary. It’d be sociable weekday hours, but I can be flexible about the day and time, so this role could fit around others you may already have in the area. A good standard of spoken English is important as I can find communication tiring at times. You’d need to be a non-smoker who is eligible to start work in the UK, can pass a DBS check, and have good references.
