Hi, We have curtains plus a brass curtain pole for a bay window to give away, in Herne Hill. There are four neutral curtains (cream/ light grey but see photo) from H&M Home, 140x250cms). The pole is brass, I’m not sure of its measurements but supports curtains spanning just over 4 metres. (See attached photo with dimensions of the pole/curtains which replaced it for a size guide) Free to anyone who can pick them up. -

We have a Weber Spirit Gas BBQ available. Happy to give it away for free, and would appreciate a donation to charity if it saves someone some money. It’s about ten years old but hasn’t been used much, and not used at all in the past two years. So it needs a thorough clean and probably new grates for hygiene. It has a gas canister which will need refilling. We are in Herne Hill. Thanks, Phil

Another warm recommendation for Saied, who just finished a great job completely replanting our back garden, including four new trees and refreshed borders. He is a genuine pleasure to deal with. We are far from gardening experts, and so took his excellent and thoughtful advice on every step of the way. We are really pleased with the results. In fact, we just rehired Saied to put a new lawn in!

Which Dulwich - East/West/Village?

House prices have gone mad, but for £2mn I’m pretty sure you could still buy a decent sized house in the north Dulwich ‘triangle’ between Half Moon Lane and Herne Hill?
