Bought this 16” bike for my 4 year old. It is a “Hiland” bike worth £120 when new. We used it literally once and then his grandparents bought him a bike which he likes better. I can’t find the stabilisers I’m afraid so if you need them, you’ll need to buy some new ones. I’d like to get £60 but I’ll take the best offer. Pick up only from near Spinach on Lordship lane.

Same thing on Brockwell Park Gardens during the Hoopla festival last week, which is technically Lambeth. I have lodged my challenge with videos/photos. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt for now. I think the people who put up the suspension signs (or do not put them up in places) understand the law but the actual patrolling wardens are not competent.
