We are looking for a friendly and efficient barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, craft fresh sandwiches, and ensure a welcoming experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following established recipes.
Make sandwiches and other light food items.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment and a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
Restock supplies and follow health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
