Hi! I have 2 spare bedrooms available to rent in my flat (single- £450, double-£600), bills included. I spend the most of my time in Oxford so the flat is virtually empty. 5mins walk to East Dulwich station & Sainsbury’s, 10mins to the Post Office, 15mins to FitFor Gym and 10mins walk to Denmark Hill station.
