  1. 🌿 Welcome to Yoga Journey with June! 🌿 Hi everyone, I’m June — a yoga teacher in training with 20 years of personal yoga practice, including Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles. Yoga has supported me through my own journey with low back pain and, as a healthcare professional, I’ve seen how mindful movement can support physical and emotional wellbeing.
