If youβve been thinking about trying yoga but havenβt quite taken the step, now is a great time to start β¨
Yoga can support both mental wellbeing and physical strength, helping you feel more grounded, mobile, and calm as the year begins.
Iβm a newly qualified yoga teacher (graduated December 2025) and have been personally practising yoga for over 20 years. During my Yoga Teacher Training, I began teaching early on to build real teaching experience, and I now run friendly, accessible classes at Aroma Coworking and Wellbeing Space.
π Classes are FREE for the next 2 weeks, so you can come along, try it out, and see if itβs right for you.
From 22nd January, classes will be Β£5 per session.
Class times:
