Some people just don't use their brains when cycling. I don't see a problem with a cyclist jumping the light if there are no cars coming. It's just a few of them that cause problems for everyone by clogging up the road instead of using the cycle lane to the left of them.

agreed, I think there's been some serious foul play when even a Nightclub doesn't even get this many objections and this application is for a tiny off-licence with alcohol being a tiny part. If anyone was bothered to go down to the area you would see that the shop is tiny! This wouldn't be rejected if there's a wine store 2 units away which looks to be triple the size of this store
