  1. What do they mean by “affordable” housing? Unsure how they will profit with 41 of these if they are council flats
  2. Try the new gym group at Loughborough junction
  3. I would think so too but surely they are losing money now anyways from not building for so long
  4. From what I’ve researched online, they aren’t issuing any opportunities for sub post office licenses in this area for ages so LL is so stressed out. If this is ever going to improve they need to start allowing applications for licenses in this area so complaining may be helpful if anyone can do this when they have time using the link from above? It’s very annoying indeed using LL especially when collecting

On New Year’s Eve, Cresswick’s The Sidings scheme in East Dulwich secured its Section 106 agreement and formal planning consent, bringing to a close a long and detailed planning journey. The consent will deliver 361 purpose-built student rooms, 51 affordable homes—70% of which are family-sized—and 1,220m² of light industrial and affordable workspace on a brownfield site alongside the railway line.” https://www.terrapingroup.co.uk/insights/farewell-2025

  13. Been a while but it still looks abandoned. Does anyone know what is going to be there?
  14. Id say the centre was probably neglected for a couple of years and now the council has to pay the price. Well the residents actually
