  1. Thank you for the feedback! Helps to see we're not alone. The only good experience we had was Modern House. Anyone tried Strike/Purple Bricks/Yopa? How did it go? Anything to be mindful of?
  2. Best experience we had was with Modern House. The rest of the agents around the area are appalling.... They just want their commission and not interested in getting a good deal. You'd be lucky if they pick up the phone...
  3. Looking to move in the area and was wondering about the experience and quality of Dulwich Wood Primary or Paxton as would be closest? Or should we consider other schools around Dulwich area? Let me know if anyone has experience there
  4. @OutOfFocus I am not sure at what point you thought the joke is funny. Unless you're an estate agent yourself and took it personally...
  5. Hi! I am trying to sell my flat in East Dulwich but I am finding the real estate services appalling. The communication is super bad, no feedback, no interest. They promise to call or provide the requested info and never get back. Also, sometimes they are super pushy on asking things I have explicitly said from the very beginning that would not work for me. Anyone can recommend any Estate Agent they had positive experience with? Thinking of switching
  6. There is no other way than to move out. I am in such a situation myself where our neighbours are complete assholes. They breached the Covenants and when we pointed it they said to take them to court if we want. Unfortunately, they have made our life miserable and we have to move out. What helped in our situation is having a calm conversation face to face. It only happened after they tasted their own medicine(i know it's mean but nothing else helps). I know it's unfair but better move out and prioritise your mental health.
  7. Thanks! Looking at primary schools for now. But need to keep in mind secondary for both a boy and a girl
  8. Hi! We are looking to move to ED on Marmora Road. Any thoughts on the area and primary school recommendations? Would love to consider secondary options as I hate moving. Have both a boy and a girl.
