The days shorten, nights get colder and we’re reminded that rest is not a luxury, but part of the rhythm of life itself. In this guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, we’ll explore the concept of Wintering - not only as a season, but as a metaphor for times in life when we're called to pause and retreat within ourselves, for healing and repair. Through the breath, we make space to release, reflect and reconnect with ourselves, embracing the process of renewal and honouring both the darkness and the light that follows. About Me I’m Lily, a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath) and trained meditation teacher (British School of Meditation). My approach to breathwork isn’t about chasing peak experiences. While powerful moments can arise, I believe the real healing lives in the quieter moments, when we meet ourselves exactly as we are, sit with what’s uncomfortable and learn to soften around it. My sessions are crafted to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing and deep rest. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to listen, feel and gently reconnect with yourself. This practice can help access and release tension or stored emotion held in the body.
