Hello, I’m hoping that someone here can help me with a parking issue I’m having. I live on the Denmark Hill Estate. I had some builders come to do some work on my flat the last few days and so I booked them an estate visitor parking permit. I thought that would mean that they could park on the estate in front of my entrance, but they got a parking ticket. After speaking to several council people on the phone someone finally explained to me that there is a specific location on the permit - in this case E-DN - but they couldn’t tell me where it’s located. I’ve walked in circles around the estate looking for E-DN but can’t see it written anywhere. I’m at a loss for what to do to avoid another ticket. does anyone know where E-DN is or where I can find out?
