This 90 minute wellbeing workshop offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reset, and reconnect with what matters to you as you look ahead to the year to come. Guided by mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle reflection, we’ll begin by slowing the nervous system and letting go of what no longer serves us from the past year. From this grounded place, you’ll be supported to set clear, meaningful intentions and create a vision that reflects how you want to feel and live in 2026. This session is not about rigid goals or fixing yourself - it’s about clarity, self-compassion, and choosing a direction that feels supportive and intentional.
