  1. Hi

I am looking for a landscape gardener to help with both our front and back gardens. The back garden is a pretty big job- moving a summer house and climbing frame, hopefully taking up some fake grass, building a couple of walls, plus building raised beds and advising re plants etc. I'd like someone who will manage all contractors and provide design advice. We're looking to start this work in March / April next year, but keen to understand likely cost and get a preferred contractor booked.

    Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Thanks

  2. Hi

I am looking for some suggestions for childcare one day a week (could possibly be two), starting in mid December or January (I might be a little early with my planning for this) when I am returning to work.

My son (10 months in December) and daughter (2.5 in December) will be going to a childminder 3 x days a week (Monday - Wednesday) and I was hoping that my mother in law would look after them on Thursdays. I plan to be at home most Fridays- but there might be the odd occasion when I need to work. Unfortunately I am not sure that my mil will be able to commit to every Thursday and therefore am looking for an alternative solution for Thursdays- possibly a nanny / nanny share / student with childcare experience etc.

In an ideal world we would develop a longer term relationship with this individual and they would help with school / nursery drop offs and pick ups as they get older.

Does anyone have any ideas? I really don't want them to go to the childminder for an additional day.

    Many Thanks

  3. Hi

Can anyone recommend someone to help me clear my front and back garden of weeds and overgrown ivy / hedges etc?

In the front garden, it is not all weeds, there are rose bushes etc, so it will need to be someone who will clear the weeds only and cut back any plants and hedges (properly).

In the back garden it is mostly clearing overgrown ivy from a climbing frame and area on the ground where a trampoline used to be, plus a little bit of weed clearing.

I'd like this work carried out as soon as possible.

    Many Thanks

  4. Hi

We have a climbing bush (now dead) which needs removing from the back of our house. It will need someone with a long ladder. It isn't a big job, I just don't have the equipment to do it myself.

    Please could someone recommend?

I also have a large bay tree and other trees which need cutting back, but I am sure of now is the right time of year??

    Thanks

  5. I having regular reflexology sessions with Charlotte for the last 6 months- both during and post pregnancy. The sessions have become a little bit of 'me time' (although I do take my baby daughter along sometimes) which I really look forward to- I feel so much better afterwards. Charlotte is fab, has a really lovely treatment room and makes you feel really relaxed. I would definitely recommend.
